No pushing, no extreme stuff, be mindful of your capacity and you will feel different. Connect with the ground and feel it strong and firm under your feet. Build up to 36 if you want to - don't rush there. Try three cycles first, then nine and go from there. If you start then, like I often do - get distracted - write the numbers 1 - 36 somewhere and focus on each number as you go. Count on your fingers if all else fails, and if you have 36 of them, I'd love to know. The idea is that we are gently moving stale energy (and releasing that which no longer serves us) out of the body and bringing in the new and fresh. Any clearing you do helps you and all the people around you and regular practice helps you strengthen and brings benefits to your body. The new fresh air we breathe in has the stronger life force energy in it - especially if we are outside. Inside the house, the energy has slowed and is recycling around, this is why it's important to open windows and doors. More lively energy brings you better life force. Breathwork is used all over the world to balance mind and body, and has been known to help focus and also with pain relief. (Think birthing for example.) You are breathing out the ideas and thoughts you have, and bringing in the energy of universal consciousness. This energy is stronger and clearer near water and is also contained in water, this is why we get great ideas in the shower or the bath, why the air is fresher at the sea and near lakes and waterfalls, and why we have more of a flow when we are hydrated. We are what we think, and also what we drink! Fresh is best. Have a try with the breath exercise and let me know how you get on.

Marianne Williamson says 'We will inhabit the world we wish to see and that is why we must never lose sight of love.' But what is love? Love is only what it means to us. Everything on earth means what it means to us personally. It has as much importance or as little importance as we attach to it. It's all around us, yet - we sometimes need to tweak our eyes a little, tune ourselves to perceive a little, if we want to increase our spiritual vision. We already have a network of symbols. Hearts are love. Clouds herald rain, rainbows mean the sun is coming. Wool to me, means warmth and comfort, wool to a sheep farmer might mean hard work and profit. Dogs are loyalty - unless they are snarling - then they mean keep out. Consider some of the symbols you have and already use daily. Each persons symbols come from their own life experiences, so they all have subtle differences - and there is more than one way to look at the signs, symbols and messages that are everywhere - so really - it's about getting clear to look. Putting ourselves in a space of grace first, so we can simply receive, instead of pushing and thrashing to get some kind of outcome. A fearful space brings a fear of the signs that come, and a loving space brings a better experience. #1 Sit in a quiet space. And if the only quiet space you have is in the bathroom - go for it - it's a great start. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. You do not have to get a result in this exercise. Simply say to yourself (internally) "I am willing to see." And imagine you have parcelled that up, in an envelope with a stamp on it - and you've sent it in some kind of imaginary Angel Powered Post Box. That's it. Let it go. #2 Admit to yourself that you need help. And then tell your Higher Self, your Angels, God or Nana, you are ready for that help. As simply as this "Angels, I am willing to accept the help you send me." #3 Take any steps that you feel guided, pressed upon, compelled to take. Carefully listen to hunches. Notice recurring thoughts, and instead of pushing them away, ask yourself - is this for my higher good? Discern whether you have been disregarding them due to fear, and if so - does that fear hold a key to healing for you? Write the thoughts down and take appropriate action. The action process is an instigation. The allowing process is an invitation. The active listening process is a validation. Love, faith, some devotion, constructive action, and dedicating yourself to service are all a part of welcoming miracles. So while you are sitting, after you have completed this process, place both hands on your heart and just warm it with love. Once you start to feel a fullness, send any excess out to your home, your family, pets and friends. As an ongoing process, intend to receive 3 big signs on a journey - perhaps the journey to work. I asked for a song (to confirm I was doing the right thing) while I was on my way to my Reiki 1 Learner Healers course, and at the top of the Reiki Teachers driveway - that song played on my car radio. It blew me away. And underlined my day, my Reiki, my Teacher and my spiritual way of life was very important. So what song will you ask for? And would you please let me know if you have a little story about it? Done the exercises, but need to clear some muck out of your spiritual eyes? Recently while working/healing with a client, I 'saw' something that looked like an upside down bowl covered in prickles. It was on the side of her head. Immediately after I moved it, she was full of smiles. She was very young, and someone had wished her unwell. Here's why I'm sharing it with you...
I often watch people who are on a conscious spiritual journey trying really hard to heal something by making peace with their past - to forgive, let go and start afresh with a new attitude, and that's really great. They are wishing for an easier life, and think/believe they have to work hard to get it. And we definitely do have to take action but... Many of those people have a prickly upside down thing sitting in their energy field or on their bodies too. That thing can be part of what is holding them 'stuck'. And in many cases, it was NOT put there by them. It was, in a way, attracted. But NOT in the way they think. And they can work and work and work to release it - but until they go to the source - which is NOT them - they will work and work and work to get rid of it. Or not. There are so many spiritual teachings, so many 'ways' to do things, so many paths to follow, so many books to read, so much 'self' to help. And we have been all for 'getting' it. Mostly from the outside of us, instead of within. Teaching ourselves to listen is the best thing ever. One of the best pieces of advice that I was ever given by a spiritual person was this. 'STOP buying books.' I thought she was crazy at the time, (and for a while I took no notice) but it turned out she wasn't. Why did I need to do that? Because I was consistently and almost obsessively doubting myself and giving away my own power. This technique, that technique, all the techniques… are someone else's medicine. You can get a certificate in that - and those things can really help people. I'm not knocking them at all, they are good. But if you have done all that and there is still a thirst inside you, still something unanswered, then YOU have forgotten to ask the most important person on the planet about their wisdom. (It's you.) You need to shut the books and deal with the fact that inside you, there is a better way for you. It's your In-Tuition. And while you are shaking your head and saying "I don't know it" I can assure you that you do. Everybody actually does - we are all coded with it. It's just buried under layers and layers of 'humans are powerless' which has been fed into you by others who were all For Getting. My technique - BioSonar & Imaging Therapy - showed up when I closed my eyes. When I joined the dots. When I said "hey I don't know where this is going, but I will follow it." It's risky to do that, because it involves trusting in something bigger. It Evolves daily and it INvolves taking less responsibility. It's like following a trail of wonderful/wonderfilled clues. And just like a small child delights in achieving little goals and targets, it creates the most wonderful 'I can do this' and some very huge 'Oh My God!' moments. So my words/concepts for the day InVolve choices and will. DeVolve - ReVolve - EVolve - all these words have something to do with the way we roll. Find out what these words mean to you and how you can apply them to pare back limiting beliefs, have a turnaround and take back power and move forward. And what do these words have to do with the prickly thing? Well sometimes the books we read will tell us that we own the prickly thing. And often, this is not quite true. DeVolution to me - is not about moving backwards, it is about resetting, and it is about stripping away layers. There is something that you can take great responsibility for: It's wishing others well. By default it bounces to you and helps you to have a smoother life and also to create miracles. It took me a while too. Why? Because I often work without touching them, so it seems like magic - which most people think is not real - and people often start running when you say the words 'miracle healer'. Other people can see the results, but as they don't have a reference point for magic being real - they need to be inspired by circumstance, or courageous enough to take that leap of faith. I work in a high trust environment. Sometimes clients just come because they have been told to. The most common phrase I hear them say is 'my friend told me I just needed to come'. In my former life as a total sceptic who thought people were 'woo woo' and talking through a hole in their hats…. I also ran a mile when someone told me they had got 'in touch with their Indian Guide.' 'Mystical B.S.' I thought to myself. I did! and I also thought evangelists were basically vultures who preyed on, rather than prayed for people. I didn't realise the steady stream of friends who came and told me all their problems, then left feeling better, were basically getting a healing from me. (I never told them my problems.) I didn't realise that things I said were going to happen, did happen. I didn't realise I was right (until later) when I said 'that guy cheats on his wife' - I just knew that stuff. I also had deja vu moments - doesn't everyone? and now and then I had dreams that happened (apparently that happens to many people too). I completely forgot about my childhood visions because of a terrible illness that created memory loss. And I lived fairly harmoniously with the voices in my head, thinking, like most people do, that they were just thoughts. I called myself 'normal'. Now - I don't label anything. I like to understand why and see results. Working with echo location gives me both. Dolphins use echo location - a series of clicks and beeps to find things, and so do blind people when they tap their canes. Through my BioSonar work, I create a Soundscape for a person, a place or situation, and then work with an idea or essence - through past present or future - transferring release, freedom and restorative, regenerative, healing energies within that Soundscape. It brings some fairly amazing healing, dissolving hurts, pain and imbalance from the physical, mental, spiritual or emotional bodies. It's also good for pre-op and post-op, sports injuries, even old pain you thought you just had to bear. It is absolutely fantastic in helping relationships. If there has been tough stuff - but there is love that needs dusting off and bringing to light - BioSonar does that beautifully. For more information on how BioSonar can help you (or a friend) please share this post, or please contact me via text, phone or the button below.
I got the message to share posy, a bunch, a collection of blogs together, so here we are...
Love is Easy here What are Signposts? here Find out how past lives can create unwellness or phobias here Using your will for wellness here I love a healthy sceptic here Davo's Back Restoration feedback here Unnecessary Unwellness - is this affecting you? here Windy's feedback here Deb X Private sessions - Speaking - Events Skype: deb_wharfe ph + 64 (0) 21 726 276 Auckland. New Zealand. Global. I started the day with Drew Dudley. Which sounds weird, but it brought on a day of miracles. And I'm ending it with this... We are not here to be harsh on each other. I believe we are here to learn as much as possible about each other. To tell stories and keep our humanity alive. To love people that we don't even know. To share kindness and realise, recognise the miracles that surround us every day. I believe we are here to stand up for what resonates with us. And to give each other grace, encouragement and a safe, peaceful place to rest. We don't all get it right all the time - but what is right? What is wrong? What is perfect? Who are we to say? And who are we to judge. What's right for me might not be right for you. I know that I wish each and every one of you well. And that while I have a conscious breath in my body I will continue to do so in the hope that my loves reaches around the world and has a positive effect every day. One of my first miracles today was Drew - tweeting me and telling me he liked my phrase 'biffing people out of my ballpark' and that he is going to use it in his leadership programs that he runs in Canada. He is an incredible speaker and educator on leadership, as well as a dedicated humanitarian. I am super chuffed that my words will go to people on the other side of the world. Even more fabulous is that they are strong words, designed to create inner strength, through standing up for something you personally resonate with. I am ok with biffing people out of my ball park. And so, I hope are you. We don't have to be perfect, but life is easier if we resonate with the people around us. We have a choice to do so, in fact, for most of us, it's our right. Challenges are good too, but there are ways to make sure they are in line with necessary growth. Banging your head against a brick wall, doesn't make it less brick, it only brings concussion. Sometimes you need to find (or even create) a door. Anyway. Sometimes it's just about loving yourself. I am rounding out the night with this beautiful song: Love is easy. Apart from anything else - it's our wedding song, so totally perfect for everyone. Dance. Sing. EnJOY. But most of all, love. You're beautiful. *Don't argue with me about this tonight. I have my ranty pants on.
I used the term signposts last night and just want to clarify that term.
'Signposts' are like markers on your life pathway. They are the repeated thoughts you have, the little hunches, the numbers that constantly pop up. (I see 777 and 222 often on number plates) Songs come up for me too. Signposts are sometimes the voices of friends, saying 'you should be on stage, you should be a hairdresser, you should work with people' for example. We don't always notice them, but they are always there. We often find it impossible to see our selves sometimes and we get nudges - I call them signposts and they literally say "if you don't like it here - this is the way you can go." For example: You may dislike your work. Nothing really changes, but suddenly it becomes much worse. You share that with friends and they say "I always feel amazing when you help me get through a bad patch, or you always uplift me when I'm down' and you think 'well that's not helping me - I am still having a bad time at work' but your friend has actually just given you a clue about who you naturally are. That clue is a signpost. You get in the car and all the songs are about 'you make me happy' You switch them off in a huff. You're not happy. But you just missed another signpost. You're back at work growling and all your Angels are around you.... saying 'well we are trying to tell her it's not the right place, we made it feel a little bit wrong, we got an earth angel to give her clues about how well she helps people, and now we are playing her music to cheer her up and tell her but...' Truthfully you always wanted to be a counsellor, a psychiatrist or an occupational therapist, but when you suggested it, someone (often a grown up) poo-pooed the idea and so you went into something else that seemed more sensible. This happens to countless people, and one of the reasons why is fear, another could be timing wasn't right, and of course, nothing is the wrong thing - everything gives you experience, it all brings new people to you and helps you along your path. It's never too late to train though - and the good news is you can study a raft of things to enhance your own natural gifts. It takes time to build into something new, but if your eyes are open and you are willing to be moved into your right space, little courses, classes or amazing books and mentors will show up. With practice you will notice your signposts more easily. With practice you will accept them (the ones that feel most relevant to you), take the small opportunities and maybe some large ones - and allow them to unfold on the path that best resonates with who You are - naturally. Life is what you make it. Who are You? Deb X 021 726 276 - prev blog post - fears, phobias, PTSD here One of the things I love most about presenting to people in my shows and seminars, is knowing that they can immediately use the tools I give them to positively affect the people around them. And I am reminded of that often via client feedback. I tell people how simple it is to affect their own wellness, with words, with thoughts and with action. I'm not talking jumping out of buildings, radically changing diets* and pounding the pavements - I am talking really, really, simple action. I can't speak for you - but for me two things are super important: 1. I don't like mucking around. I like things to happen FAST. 2. Is an echo. I like things to HAPPEN. I appreciate results. These tools are simple and I teach them because they bring instant results. This is the just one of feedbacks I received in Auckland. 'Deb, my husband has been unwell recently with a racing heart. He had medication for it last year, and on a Sunday a couple of weeks before your last show, he had it again for a couple of hours. We were really worried and considering what to do, then I remembered the way you taught us to heal during one of your talks. I used your technique on him, and the racing in his heart stopped - in his words - absolutely immediately. We looked at each other in stunned amazement because we really didn't expect it to work!! And it hasn't come back! We were so excited about coming to your show, we couldn't wait to tell you. On another note - I have also suffered with arryhthmia on and off for years, and have just realised that I've not suffered from arrhythmia since I used your technique on him - perhaps I healed us both. Thank you so much.' - Gail Craggs The testimonial above is one part of my talk on Unnecessary Unwellness.
So many people I meet are suffering from unnecessary unwellness, and they don't even realise it. People who have unnecessary unwellness - sometimes take unnecessary medication, (see my other testimonials) exposing themselves to side effects they could avoid - some of which are time pressures, stress, financial pressures and further unwellness. You, or someone in your family could be one. If you have read this and are wondering about your 'unwellness' or would just like more information, text or call me on 021 726 276 or use the button below to email. NOT SO SILLY PUTTY: I was considering hearing (and partial deafness) through the week and got the distinct impression that a man was saying 'I don't want to hear that!' to his nagging wife. It happened a few times and then I saw him, he was older, cupping his ear and saying "what did you say?" to someone.
It registered. I saw the layers he had put down over his own ears. And I know there have been times when I have zoned people out in order to concentrate on something else - and I've been able to do it. In my experience, hearing is directional and also optional. And we all know we can 'switch off' right? The ability of our brains to rewire themselves according to experience is called neuroplasticity. There is scientific evidence to suggest that neuralplastic ability is different in different people. Your neural 'plasticine' is obviously pretty amazing when you are a small child - and at stages in your life you may mold yourself to take on new abilities. If one sense - say for example your vision was impaired, your sense of hearing may be enhanced (it often is) by your heightened requirement to perceive differently in order to survive. So what if you didn't want to see? Or you didn't want to hear? How would you be using your neural 'plasticine' then? Would you be inadvertently freezing or hardening it? Hmmm. So what if the 'not wanting to' was healed? What would happen if it was suddenly safe? I have worked on a woman who was told she had Macular Degeneration. She had accepted she was 'going blind' because this was a considered medical opinion based on observation, experience and proven medical probability. I told her I believed she didn't have to go blind just because somebody expected it, and asked her if she wanted that outcome. She hadn't even considered that she might have an option (it's not something that people generally realise). Of course she said no. I worked on her, just a couple of sessions, and made her a Macular Regeneration Spray to support her healing. Her condition stabilised. She is not blind and when she sees me in the supermarket (from a fair distance away) she calls me her 'miracle lady'. Did my healing rewire her vision or did I reframe her neural plasticity? Does it matter? In this instance - not listening created a miracle. My friend Mary damaged her eye just on Christmas 2011 and to this day she has a 6mm scar, hazing and a pitted cornea. I worked with her after the damage was done and she can see very well through that eye, although according to the current understanding of how the eye 'works' - she should not be able to. Her eye specialist tests her eyes for free because he can't quite work out how it's possible. (She has not told him that I worked on her.) Does she have amazing neural plasticity? There is more to life than we can possibly imagine. And what I see is that we need to be F L E X I B L E. How is your neural plasticity? And what have you been told about what you've 'got'? I may not believe it. And it just may be in your best interests that I don't. There are miracles we can't even imagine, just waiting to be served up. I say YES to them. What else is possible?
If there is one thing I have learned, it's that all of life is about energy.
The body is a constant process of renewal, not a structure as some people believe, and in it, energy never stops. Our whole body - it's complete cellular make up, including all organs and the skeleton, is replaced within one year. So what are we feeding it? And I'm not talking food here, I'm talking energy and power. Do we enable? Or disable? What we observe becomes us. What we hold close becomes us. It literally does rub off. People that are close to us are oscillating in our field, the same way as we oscillate in theirs. It is actually impossible to be alone, because not just energetically speaking, but scientifically speaking too -wherever we go, we take people, trees, sky and plants with us. We inhale each other and all the energy that is around us. This is why we are sometimes referred to as One. So when people 'get sick' in any way, what they are referring to is an imbalance of energy - whether it shows up in a physical way or an emotional way - it starts with a flattened/squashed/ or grey energy. I have lost count of the number of people who tell me that they have had 'this thing forever' so they are 'stuck with it'. In a short time, these same people have been free. Energy can be moved in a moment, and your pain, no matter how old it is, brings me joy. Why? Because my gift is the gift of turning pain to wellness. Your physical, spiritual and emotional pain - to me - is an opportunity to exercise my abilities to bring you liberation, wellness and skills to help you and to change your life. So educating you and freeing you, is not only my pleasure, it's the icing on my cake. If you are carrying pain (no matter how old it is), you probably don't need a pill, what you do need is TLC, a clearing and then, energy tools. Simple, effective, and powerful. Mainstream media mostly tells you that pain is a part of life. The cost of believing that is massive, and they are right until you stop resisting the power that you have within you and allow it to wake right up. And that is most definitely a gift. If you have a group, I have speakers rates available. I am currently taking One on One clients, locally and world wide - either in person or via skype, and my next shows are scheduled in Hamilton - August 3rd, Tauranga August 23rd, Auckland Sept 6th, Nelson Sept 20th, Wellington Nov 28th, Auckland Dec 13th. I have been asked to speak in Dargaville and am arranging that. My Christchurch show is to be advised - I have plans afoot for something super special... sending as many goodwill vibes as possible so it comes together perfectly. I'm looking forward to giving you my simple tools to create an inspired, fabulous life, because it's my heartfelt wish to have a radical, positive effect on your life, and on the wellbeing of your family. Are you ready to meet your brilliance? Deb X |
