If you're buying, clearing the home is as important as washing out the cupboards, you want to get rid of energy junk from past tenants or owners instead of inheriting their vibes. 
If you are living in it, it's a form of spring cleaning, and simply freshens it.

I recommend that houses are cleared regularly. The clearer the energy is around us, and within us, the easier life and flow is and the more gentle experiences you have in your home.

Deb has been our miracle helper when it comes to many things but especially houses. We were stuck with a house sale when I first touched base with Deb and although we had people interested it wasn't till Deb did her magic that the place actually sold.
