I felt like a bendy piece of grass in the wind sometimes when I was high lilac. And I had some energy stuck to me that I thought was me, but it just needed clearing.

GIFT TOOL #1 Wonder woman - Release, grounding, and locating your 'zone'.
1. Get a space where you have enough room to stretch your arms out horizontal to your body and turn them around slowly as if you are Wonder Woman, scribing a circle around yourself.
2. Stand still again (you can put your arms down), and closing your eyes, look/visualise/dream into that circular space. We are going to call it your zone. Feel into it and get an awareness of whether there is anything heavy, thick or soupy feeling in your zone.
3. Imagine you are releasing that heaviness, person or feeling, pushing them out, with the thoughts of 'you are free to go' and washing out your zone and making it sparkly.
4. Take a super deep big slow breath and let yourself settle into your body. Feel connected to the ground. Keep clearing your zone and taking the good breaths till you feel like you are back in your body.
