This book has been hanging out for a while to be shared, so I am so happy to bring it to you. 
Affirmations are really important, but they can be misused by just saying them. Or by saying them and then saying 'and that never happens to me.' We can use them and kill them stone dead in a single breath. So it's really important to not just say them, but to take a big deep breath and breathe them in, feeeeeeeeel them in and stick with them until they sort of 'click.' 
We want them to come in and fill our energy fields so full of amazingness, that they scoot the heaviness or the things we were attracting, but didn't want, out. We are not looking for false positives and that's why it's important to be selective and choose something you can really resonate with. Start smaller and go BIG. 

A few years ago, I took a selfie with Louise Hay, and while she was talking, she said, she got up every morning and said 'I love you Lou Lou' to the mirror. There was no way I was going to be saying 'I love you Deb' at that time, it was only the start of my journey, but these days, it's much different. So with a bit of work and these goldentruthbumps, the plan is, that you will be saying 'I LOVE ME' and allowing all sorts of wonderful GOLDEN GOODNESS into your life. How to use it:
Use this as a guide to shift you on the spot when you are feeling low and need a booster. You can work through them day by day, or ask in your mind for a number from 1 - 365 and go look up your number. 

You could print them out and cut them out to use as bookmarks. 
You could print them out and paste them to vision boards.
You could write some out on a bathroom mirror and practise them till they're second nature.
You could even print them out, cut them out and draw one each day from a bowl. 

What is a truthbump? A truthbump is the name I use when I know a spiritual truth is hanging out with me. Goosebumps are like a signal from spirit to say we are on the track, so I always love to call them truthbumps, because I know, that's when the truth is showing up. 

These #goldentruthbumps are for you to use to enhance your beautiful, sparkly, magic filled life. Our bodies are a whole referencing system that hears our thoughts and words and then turns them into open roads and good health or blocks and feeling unwell. We literally let ourselves know what we can and can't do and sometimes, we even build speed bumps or create something that feels like a solid block.
According to scientific research, we think up to 80,000 thoughts per DAY and we know we can psyche ourselves into feeling huge and successful or horrendously small as a result of our thoughts, our beliefs and our programming.

Low-quality thoughts contribute to low self-esteem, which contribute to us putting ourselves into low level life experiences, or just not getting the joy.

So what are we here for? Magic! 
And when do we want it? NOW! Yeah we do!
