Reiki is a gentle energy transfer healing method that has brought our clients some powerful results. Reiki works on body, mind, the emotional field and the spirit and feels very much like a deep, restorative, restful sleep or a deep meditation. Reiki may be used purely for wellbeing and also for soothing and replenishing the body after injury or illness. I have personally used Reiki online, and in clinic to heal broken bones (see below), arthritis, back pain from wear, injury or strain, hip pain, frozen shoulders, RSI, bedwetting, night terrors, to relieve stress, headaches, hangovers, for removing trauma and pain from old injury sites, to help with self confidence, release suicidal tendencies, to treat depression, and restore people who just 'don't feel like themselves anymore.' To set up for the Reiki Masters day:
- Please make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing on the day, we will be meditating and moving around during the training.
- We do a recap of Reiki One and Two training and go through the symbols again.
- You will be speaking on what Reiki means to you and how you have used it for clients. It’s important to be comfortable sharing the knowledge.
- Lunch is a light, vegetarian meal, we will be avoiding tea, coffee and stimulants. (In person classes only.)
- It’s a gentle day of attunements, and processes. You are learning to empower the healing you already have, to the next level in order to serve your clients more deeply.
- We will be looking at the way you can use Reiki to build your business. Mentoring is part of the work.
- There are new symbols in the Reiki 3 Day. Reiki Mastery is about learning the meaning of the new symbols, how to put them into practice and the difference between the levels of 1 and 2 and the 3rd degree being a more powerful modality.
- We will be learning how to use different techniques with the symbols and the older more traditional symbols as well as the newer symbols which have been adopted into mainstream Reiki Teachings.
- Your certificate will be forwarded to you by email.
- There will be a follow up time for you to be able to run through any questions you have as you put your new Reiki 3 into practice for your clients.
My experience with Reiki: My back was chronically sore when I was 30, for about 7 years.
And my very trusted doctor had told me when I was very small, that when we are older, we get sore backs and our bodies start to deteriorate, and there is nothing we can do about it. Adverts on TV reinforced this and so his comment went into my mind and stuck there. After all, when you are a small child you believe grown ups, and Doctors.

I realised I had bought into the idea that we are all going to get sick, I've now treated so many people and watched them walk free of pain they were told they 'just had to take medication' for, or had to 'put up with' that I believe it's crucial for people to know how simple healing can be.

If you've never experienced anything you could describe as bliss before - this is it.
Many of my Reiki Clients receive such a benefit from their experience, they train with me and go on to treat family, friends and work colleagues.
Some further their learning and become part time or full time Reiki Practitioners, bringing a boost to their income as a result.
When I learnt Reiki - it immediately affected the wellness of my family. I was so surprised and really pleased, I saved money, time off work and the stress and pain of having sick children.
