This is the way, a beautiful way to rinse out any heavy energies for everyone all at once and the 'pool' you all inhabit. So we are all squeaky and lovely at once - and no one is left out. It's a set of Zoom sessions, you can relax where you are comfy while this work is done.
These sessions can be done with one adult. Energy works best if children are not present.
