Red Carpet Clearing is about connecting you to your source energy, moving the mind chatter/scatter & your spirit people back behind a red velvet rope - like you are at the Oscars - You have the Red Carpet and the Paparazzi - Doubt, Fears, Worries, Energy Suckers, Junk Mail Guidance and the Rubber Neckers hit the road with your Divine Security Guards to leave you in peace and grace. Hypersensitivity to electrical/people traffic creates issues with concentration, makes meditation near impossible and is not helpful when studying or with memory based tasks. Red Carpet clearing helps all this. Experiencing silence is an unbelievable thing when it hasn't happened before, so many of my clients cry with relief when they experience it. Then, they can differentiate between their own thoughts - and the 'pop ins' that come from intuition, inner wisdom and outer guidance. If you're ready for peace - give me a yell. :)

Ranty Pants Series: Tending your own flowers. It can be very discouraging to look over the fence and see what the 'other' person is doing. Things can get a bit pear shaped if your nose gets out of joint because they appear to be: a. growing bigger flowers b. having more fun than you c. further along or 'doing better' than you d. you feel you are superior and they are 'doing it wrong' What is happening to your garden while you are straining your neck over the wall? Your energy is being diluted. Your mission is being ignored. Your flowers are wilting. In some circumstances, the wind can go out of your sails while you go into resentful mode. Now of course, you have something to learn from resentment, and I always find getting that lesson sorted fast is really, really good. Because you are devaluing your own goods, gifts and opportunities while the other garden is being paid attention to. And you DO have amazing gifts. If you can examine that resentment and realise that it is your teacher, you will discover the person who looks more successful, may be calm on the surface and is paddling like hell under the water. They ARE earning their rewards, and people sometimes work very hard to make things look effortless for a while before they break though and start flourishing . Perhaps you could approach them in a loving way and ask them how they do it. The thing to consider is this - their business is not your business, unless you are honouring it and showing it grace. You don't get points by putting it down, and your message can become a bit garbled - and you can lose your best focus, love energy - while you hold resentment. Get back into grace and then grace is all around you. Weed your garden, chuck out the resentful thoughts, and then water, give love and your own flowers WILL grow. And sooner, rather than later, you will have more seeds to sprinkle.
Indigo - a stunning, concentrated and powerful colour that can heal, stimulate dreams, aid psychic awakening, raise concentration - may help memory, eyesight, reduce bleeding, release tension, and release headaches. It is also used to help the sinuses and it certainly helps meditation. Indigo conjures up the night sky, mysticism, magic and moonlight. If you are out of balance with indigo, life may be spent too much in the mind, consorting with ‘what ifs?’ sleeplessness, mind chatter, distraction, headaches, eye trouble, sinus problems, and even some ear problems. Perhaps your veins could also be affected. It is the colour that represents the brow chakra, (also known as the ‘third eye’ or ajna chakra) which is strongly associated with the Pineal Gland (charged with producing the serotonin derivative melatonin – a hormone that - amongst other things - regulates/affects sleep patterns.) The Brow Chakra has a correspondence to age 36 – 42, the age when 'what about me?' and 'what's this all about anyway?' often shows up - and of course - the bigger question 'WHO AM I?' French philosopher Rene Descartes who named the Pineal Gland 'The Seat of the Soul', spent his life studying that very thing and is responsible for a very popular quote 'I think, therefore I am.' translated from 'Cogito Ergo Sum'. I prefer to look at it as 'I am the sum of my thoughts.' For a time we forget ourselves, we are somebody's child, brother, sister, mother, father, husband or wife, and sometimes we are our own nobody - but around 36 - 42, if we haven't already - we somehow awaken. What we dwell on, IS what we dwell in, it was true in Rene's lifetime (1596 - 1650) and it is true now. How do we have a healthy pineal gland? Keep up the indigo and limit your fluoride exposure - studies indicate that fluoride plays a very large part in the calcification of the pineal gland – so avoiding fluoride toothpaste and fluoridated water, and eating blueberries could be the best things you could do. Blueberries come from a family of plants called Vaccinium. Doesn't that sound like a vaccine to you? Could they really be a natural medicine, or an antidote to what ails us?? Yes they could. Blueberries contain a chemical called anthocyanin – which gives blueberries their COLOUR! and this chemical appears to be the one that protects neurons in the brain. Anthocyanin* promotes sharper vision, concentration, is anti inflammatory (a vasoconstrictor) and antioxidant. It’s beneficial for heart disease, and also is said to slow or stop internal bleeding. Knocking out some of the oxidative stresses associated with aging – partly by enriching and cleaning the blood. If you think about it – inflammation is going to make blood vessels swell, imagine all those tiny vessels behind your eyes and in your sinuses – it stands to reason that if they are swollen, breathing could be affected, sight may be affected, and concentration would be reduced. So introducing a vasoconstrictor into the diet - such as blueberries, is very likely to create a benefit. If you, like me, have looked at blueberries and wondered why on earth they are so expensive – after all, they really are only food – think again. They most definitely are medicine – their lovely little fat indigo tummies bathe you in colour and with their amazing colour chemical medicinal properties – they could help your wellness significantly!! AND you can grow them at home quite easily in large containers. *While researching this article I discovered that blueberries, bilberries, cranberries, huckleberries and black raspberries are ALL part of the vaccinium family and all have very similar properties. Leading plant expert Michael Moore says (of huckleberries) “some folks with allergies and the tendency for skin hyperactivity may find that the tea decreases their inflammatory responses”. Source - Medicinal Plants of the Pacific West (I expect that this would be to do with settling the capillary action/reaction that creates an itch or 'explosion' on the surface of the skin.) Colour has been largely overlooked as a sort of fringe or alternative study, but now greater store is being set by the psychological effects it has on the human body. Jay Neitz, Professor of Opthalmology and colour researcher from the University of Washington says: "The cells that get excited by orange light and calmed by blue light don’t just connect to our circadian pacemaker; they also go to areas of the brain that control things like mood. This partially explains things like seasonal depression, but also helps make sense of our intuitive feelings that blues are calming and reds are energising." 'Intuitive feelings?' - isn't that good to hear coming from a scientist? Blue and red are on the opposite ends of the spectrum which means if we have too much stimulation, too much GRRR and too much red, we could have issues with inflammation. We all know an ‘inflammatory situation’ – is an angry one that could blow up in our faces. So read red, sometimes, as the out of balance angry colour/emotion that it can be – do a body check and ask honestly ‘am I a bit too angry at present?’ If you are and you've been 'seeing a lot of red' lately, try bringing in some indigo (just ask for it, or use fabric - a tee shirt or scarf) to balance, or even trade it altogether for some gentler pinks. Life needs to slow down, chill out and be restful, not restless. If you are restless, you could try an indigo duvet, to bring in the peace of the night sky, calming and tranquil. Ancient Indigo was a crystal talisman - Lapis Lazuli available from blues, through indigo to purple) was traditionally worn by royalty to denote power, wealth, wisdom - it was even powdered for medicines (funnily enough, one of them was for the eyes) and potions, and it was used in ancient times to ward off evil. It contains gold pyrite within, so was considered to be a powerful 'gateway to heaven.' and it was powdered and mixed with a medium for use as a deep blue colorant in paints, dyes and porcelain. We must remember no chakra colour is more important than the next, but we need to feed our depleted colours. Being healthy in our indigo helps with clarity and order in our thoughts and in our lives. Traditional Indigo dye from the indigo plant, was unfortunately taken right out of balance when it's beautiful colour was so highly sought after that a slave trade was created to keep up with demand. Now commercial indigo is created, rather than grown, and the trade has mellowed into something a little more palatable. The indigo plant as an Eastern herbal medicine was used to induce purging, and it has never been taken to in the West, studies cite that it was too harsh and so it was crossed off the list forthwith. I believe it's here for great things, and possibly for the mind, but those things are undiscovered as yet. I’ve so loved looking at my own feelings about indigo and sharing some of this wisdom with you. CUT THE LABEL OFF. I've been writing rants about depression quite a bit lately - haven't printed any yet though - but obviously now it's the time to do it. I am totally comfortable with telling you that I have been 'triggered' into another one by the death of Charlotte Dawson. Charlotte Dawson had a HUGE heart. And she was highly sensitive. She did GREAT things for some people - lots of people, and she stuffed up sometimes too. She wasn't totally PC - could also be mean, bitchy etc - but only the perfect person is qualified to condemn another. She was real. No matter what she put on her skin, how much plastic surgery she may have had, she was as real as any other person. We are all real. And she suffered. And man did she ever suffer being a bit of a tall poppy. Despite the fact that she often felt like a failure - she was an achiever. Why have I posted a picture of a mountain instead of Charlotte? You'll find out below - and anyway - she is probably already all over the place in your newsfeed - so I don't have to. She may have passed, very tragically today, but she has also given a gift. She has instantly become an even more poignant face than she already was for cyber bullying, media bullying and mental wellness. People will debate, reminisce, reason and argue. People will say 'oh no, it was such a waste' but they weren't living her life, and they don't know how she felt. It was her journey to walk, and now she is finished. Some will scoff and others will hold compassion. But I think more will hold compassion. She has held up a torch to darkness, to an underbelly we don't like to look at. This will be a change maker for many people - and in that way she gives even more meaning. People who suffer often 'feel for others'. Sometimes too much. I am not speaking on behalf of Charlotte, but I am aware that constantly pushing yourself, having to 'perform', self criticism, caring too much about what others think, the inclination to make the world a better place, to save/repair/fix people - all these things can make you extra absorbent to the stagnant, dirty or heavy energy that flies around looking for a resting place. It is possible for some people to take on so much 'stuff' from other people that you don't know where they start and you end or vice versa - in the public eye, this is often a hazard. No matter who you are, if you have had life trauma, hardship or arrived on the planet without your spiritual umbilical cord nice, bright, shiny and fully intact - you may be prone to being depressed. If life has not gone the way you wanted it to - same goes. If you repeatedly stare down the black dog, or feel like you are stuck down the hole, and you tell yourself that you are D-Pressed - you certainly have a 'situation'. But a situation is a space, a platform, a place, and you can move from there - even just inch by inch. You can tell me it's a chemical imbalance - but I know it's energetic. Hyper sensitive people who continue to surround themselves with thoughts/things/food/people that crush the spirit - their wellness cannot help but be suppressed and that may well create/perpetuate or enhance a chemical imbalance. It's likely you are not going to feel like sunshine and roses and be Mary Poppins. Just like the chicken and the egg - the bottom of the hole, the black dog and the chemical imbalance or the shitty situations swirl around together. One creates the other and vice versa. It doesn't matter which one comes first. It still feels horrible. CUT THE LABEL OFF. Change your position/space/platform. Some - not all of the media (the Press) have done an absolutely rip roaring ,STUNNING job of selling us depression. They have gone so far as to allow people to be attacked, indoctrinated, wooed even, (see drama tv etc) into believing that the world is full of terrible things/people and events. They print what works for them - I hope you don't think they all print the things that work for you. The moral compass is missing quite a lot of the time. It can seem like the world is full of terrible things - but perspective - man it's a good thing to have. The media has done an EPIC job of telling women there is a man shortage - that doesn't cheer any of them up - it's done an epic job of saying you have to have a 68 million dollar wedding - or have the smallest nose, biggest boobs, blondest hair, most measurable success. And you've got to be connected. Call that thing COMPRESSION. It's suppression, oppression, repression, it's bullshit. Sometimes it's about identifying too much with pain, to too many people in pain, and just wanting to get your message across that the world has been bad to you. And that's ok for a while. Having a life crisis is your personal right. Many, many things are tough for us to deal with, but too often we just skip straight to the D word to identify our issues. That's like a certificate in misery. Yep - if you've got that, people know how to 'get' you. And where you're coming from. But if you were covered in bullshit (suppression, repression, oppression) - you would go and wash that off - right?? Change the game. YOU, not it - ARE the driver. You may need some training wheels to give you a hand, so here you are: CUT THE LABEL OFF. Find your voice - EXPRESSION helps. If you must call it anything - call it COMPRESSION. This enables you to pick apart the crap and action your to-do for wellness list. Do honour yourself and take a good hard look at what you concentrate on. If you open your mouth and complain regularly about life - do notice your words - these are your clues - and see what you can change about the situation. By YOUR OWN WORDS you will either flourish or suffer. DO NOT swallow the line that there is nothing you can do about it because it's bigger than you. It is not. This IS ANOTHER MYTH you have been fed. You may also believe that you have no choice - you may not turn into an instant Mary Poppins, and the world doesn't need a whole lot of them anyway, but something CAN improve. So changing that belief is your first step. When I learned to ski - I was up the top of the Jungfrau in Switzerland. Please excuse my language, but that MOFO is 4000+ metres above sea level. I looked down the mountain and almost peed my pants. My friend, who I was furious with for taking me so high when I 'knew' I couldn't ski, told me I only had to ski the one metre in front of me at any given time. And despite the fact that I was unbelievably mad with him, (and may have even wanted to belt him one) I knew it was true. I did not know what I was doing, but I got down the mountain eventually using a learner technique called snowploughing. I hated it. I moaned, I bitched, I kicked up and carried on, (now that I think about it, I probably left a cloud of filthy energy there to be honest) but I got down the mountain. It seemed to take me Y E A R S. The first parts, of course were hardest. It was painful. Eventually it got easier. The following day I could ski a little bit, and the next day was better too. (And one day later on - I could ski very well. I've wished many times to be back on that mountain.) And in that way, bit by bit, just a few years ago, I also walked myself out of a horrible black hole too. After years of life trauma and some horrific events. Although it obviously took longer, it was a similar kind of journey. I never ever labelled myself and I think that was a crucial factor in my recovery. (Energy work would have been very useful - but I was a sceptic and never even imagined it was real. Go figure.) Energy can be cleaned back to the source, and the source can be held to the light and gently loved back into balance. You only have to ski the metre in front of you. And with someone helping you to snowplough, you can bitch, fight, moan, fuss and kick up a stink, or you can just let go and love it all the way out. There is always help. Ask for that help if you need it. And be that help if someone else does. And know the journey is personal, and sometimes, no matter how much you want to give that help, some people cannot and will not accept it. Please be brave enough to be ok with that too. It takes a certain amount of courage to sit with another persons pain and allow it to simply be. The world is filled with unbelievably amazing healers, YOU and I are two of them, (you may not know that about yourself yet) and all we are doing here, is helping to walk (or ski) each other home. End of rant. RIP Charlotte, thank you for your contribution to the planet. Peace at last. Go well.
Recently while working/healing with a client, I 'saw' something that looked like an upside down bowl covered in prickles. It was on the side of her head. Immediately after I moved it, she was full of smiles. She was very young, and someone had wished her unwell. Here's why I'm sharing it with you...
I often watch people who are on a conscious spiritual journey trying really hard to heal something by making peace with their past - to forgive, let go and start afresh with a new attitude, and that's really great. They are wishing for an easier life, and think/believe they have to work hard to get it. And we definitely do have to take action but... Many of those people have a prickly upside down thing sitting in their energy field or on their bodies too. That thing can be part of what is holding them 'stuck'. And in many cases, it was NOT put there by them. It was, in a way, attracted. But NOT in the way they think. And they can work and work and work to release it - but until they go to the source - which is NOT them - they will work and work and work to get rid of it. Or not. There are so many spiritual teachings, so many 'ways' to do things, so many paths to follow, so many books to read, so much 'self' to help. And we have been all for 'getting' it. Mostly from the outside of us, instead of within. Teaching ourselves to listen is the best thing ever. One of the best pieces of advice that I was ever given by a spiritual person was this. 'STOP buying books.' I thought she was crazy at the time, (and for a while I took no notice) but it turned out she wasn't. Why did I need to do that? Because I was consistently and almost obsessively doubting myself and giving away my own power. This technique, that technique, all the techniques… are someone else's medicine. You can get a certificate in that - and those things can really help people. I'm not knocking them at all, they are good. But if you have done all that and there is still a thirst inside you, still something unanswered, then YOU have forgotten to ask the most important person on the planet about their wisdom. (It's you.) You need to shut the books and deal with the fact that inside you, there is a better way for you. It's your In-Tuition. And while you are shaking your head and saying "I don't know it" I can assure you that you do. Everybody actually does - we are all coded with it. It's just buried under layers and layers of 'humans are powerless' which has been fed into you by others who were all For Getting. My technique - BioSonar & Imaging Therapy - showed up when I closed my eyes. When I joined the dots. When I said "hey I don't know where this is going, but I will follow it." It's risky to do that, because it involves trusting in something bigger. It Evolves daily and it INvolves taking less responsibility. It's like following a trail of wonderful/wonderfilled clues. And just like a small child delights in achieving little goals and targets, it creates the most wonderful 'I can do this' and some very huge 'Oh My God!' moments. So my words/concepts for the day InVolve choices and will. DeVolve - ReVolve - EVolve - all these words have something to do with the way we roll. Find out what these words mean to you and how you can apply them to pare back limiting beliefs, have a turnaround and take back power and move forward. And what do these words have to do with the prickly thing? Well sometimes the books we read will tell us that we own the prickly thing. And often, this is not quite true. DeVolution to me - is not about moving backwards, it is about resetting, and it is about stripping away layers. There is something that you can take great responsibility for: It's wishing others well. By default it bounces to you and helps you to have a smoother life and also to create miracles. In my head there are many, many ideas. And sometimes, they can just bite me a little…
Like the one that popped into my head just now. It came from a movie. Sometimes I hear songs, and I call that 'the Heavenly DJ' - today it was fairly and squarely Tom Hanks as Forrest Gump. I was thinking about how 'life is like a box of chocolates' you know the quote from the movie? And I was thinking… hmmm if I asked 100 people what kind of chocolates they would choose for a personalised box - what would they choose? And what do our favourite chocolates say about us? Not for me, the softy too-sweet marshmallowy fluffy stuff. Nooo. I'd choose peppermint dark chocolate. A bit zingy, uplifting, refreshing, rich and strong - now there is a powerful introduction. And then a strawberry milk chocolate, a little sweetness, light and gooey - ooh the mouthfeel and the story of coming to fruition in the summer sunshine - mmm…. And then I would want a salty caramel, the chewiness, oh and that sweet combined with the salt - taking the rough with the smooth, melting it slowly over several minutes because I would like to savour it. Aaah the richness of life experience through the years. You can get so much from a box of chocolates - it's not just a box of chocolates - it's a stroll through your personality. I can almost smell the box. And now? There is no chocolate in my house. My mouth and my belly are trying to get my legs to go chocolate shopping. I am resisting. But the force is not that strong within me. I have been bitten - by my creativity. There is only one known cure for this. I may require a visit to Devonport Chocolates, or the counter upstairs at Smith & Caughey, skip along to Farro - or failing that, I shall nip down to the supermarket and have a 'chat' with Mr Lindt in row 6. Oh yes, life is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're gonna get. Deb X For seeing more of the little messages in your life email me here or text or phone for a session - 021 726 276 -prev post When you feel stuck, Life might be stuck on you. - 15 tell tale signs you may be a healer - 50 reasons why energy healing is great You know when you just haven't got over something and people say 'get over it' as if you are a bit crazy, a bit of a drama queen or just a pain in the butt? And when you just feel like things are getting 'on top of you' - there is nothing there - but you feel weighed down and struggle to get anything done because it just feels too hard? Well sometimes the reason why you can't 'get over' something is because it's all over you. Actually - even though you can't see it - you are carrying it. Life sticks to us. Picture a field of long, long grass. Waving in the breeze, seed heads, dandelions, burrs, thistles and all sorts. That's life. We have beauty, we have thistles, it's just how life is. Now imagine you have a full length, fuzzy onesie on, a pair of velcro dungarees or woollen overalls. Now get a visual idea of what that fuzzy pair of overalls would look once you have walked all the way to the other side of the field. Covered in stuff isn't it? Can you resonate with this? The human energy field can be just like this. Collecting the burrs, the seeds, the pollen and the other little sticky bits, getting loaded up with life. Some people are self clearing, often we can 'brush things off' really easily, but if we are tired, overworked, burdened and not addressing our own needs, we can feel really awful. Most people have burrs and fluff stuck to them without realising it. Being aware of this helps you in many ways. Sometimes, in order to cope, we seek medication that we may not need, sometimes the stress builds up and up and relationships are damaged. Keeping an eye on stress levels, running a little 'where am I at?' body check and clearing your own energy everyday helps life and You, to become unstuck. You can do simple things like consciously breathing, running, walking, spending lots of time in fresh air, swimming, drinking lots of water, meditating, relaxing, and practicing affirmations - take extra special care with the words (and thoughts) you use every day. Sometimes when things are really stuck, a session is needed. In my work I often see people who have been 'carrying' something for so long it is almost embedded in them. They need help to get it out. Sometimes they are ready and sometimes not so ready, perhaps they are convinced, by guilt, that they should carry it, punish themselves and have a terrible life because of something they have done. Heaviness can be caused by blame, shame, a perceived 'wrong choice' or by hurt they have caused someone else, a broken heart when someone left, and words left unspoken when someone passed away. Heaviness, without a doubt, blocks your enjoyment of life. The readiness can be worked on and these things can all be released, - even the feelings of guilt can be washed away too. Innocence is always within you, even when you've been through the worst experiences and reclaiming yourself, stepping into your personal power is an awesome thing to do. It's time for all of us to say yes to freedom, and releasing yourself is a step towards making your life, and your world more of a garden - a better, more peaceful place to be. We are winding the clock back 5 years. It's 3am. I wake. I have a huge amount of information in my head and I can't get back to sleep. It runs over and over and over. I find myself imagining conversations with people, thinking of people that have passed away, situations that did not come out the way I wanted them to, and then there is the information. The ideas. Trotting through my head. Some really amazing pieces of jewellery I could make. Some articles that would be good. Some jobs I need to do tomorrow. The amazing money spinner idea that could pay all the bills and make me a millionaire. I toss, turn, stress out. And wake in the morning, knackered. The millionaire idea? Gone. Jewellery? Gone. Article? Gone. The feeling like I have had a herd of creatures passing through my head in search of a waterhole... 100% present. Argh. I plod on with my day. Remembering at some stage that I saw my grandfather and he told me I would 'see' many things. The millionaire idea? Still gone. Bugger. I rehydrate. (And do it all again the following night) Coming back to present tense, medically speaking - the 3am wake up call can be linked to your blood sugar and adrenals. So if this commonly happens to you - look at your diet. However if you have all the diet boxes ticked and this still happens, bringing with it all the mind traffic...

In extreme circumstances, say night terrors, for example, a house clearing or past life clearing may be required. While this might seem a bit weird, I can assure you it has been very beneficial to many people. House clearing often has many unexpected benefits, not limited to better sleep - it can often help relationships between partners or children, can sometimes help the house to be warmer, and life can just feel lighter. Commonly my audience members go home after a healing show and sleep like a log. Why? Because often the stress they were carrying has been cleared, and because it's energy work and it travels over distance - their pillow has cleared too. Possibilities are endless once we take a look. I was a sceptic who regularly took Panadol and other painkillers for a chronic sore back. I had phantom pains, a broken heart, felt depressed and had low self esteem. I recovered from a prolonged series of traumatic life events that brought both extreme pain and around 30 years of fear. I still am partly sceptic and that's why I love to see and hear results. Every day, people are helped by this work. It works over the phone, via Skype, anywhere in the world. Some people are helped in ways they never dreamed possible. I talk about the Heavenly DJ a bit.
And many of you know what that is. Some newbies however, might be wondering, so I will explain myself. My Heavenly DJ is the source of the songs that just show up in my head. I get LOADS of them. It's a gift and a 'channel' lots of people can access, some people call them 'earworms' but they are important - and if you have a problem with them getting stuck in your head - listening to them, understanding and saying thanks, helps them to go.. I have had some terrific messages from the songs that come through to me. Often the song is obscure and I have to do some research to find out what it is - then have a listen. (This makes it difficult if the song actually has words like na, na, na, na in them, which one did recently.) I am often wowed by them, because it's so apt for my particular situation. I use the words/phrases God, The Big Guy Upstairs, The Universe and so on intermittently, and the Heavenly DJ is the music department of that... And how do I know the Heavenly DJ/God has a sense of humour? There have been various jokes played over the years, but the most daft musical pun I've received to date goes like this... James and I were cooking dinner tonight. I am fluffing about at the bench, and he wanders off from his soup and then says "Hun can you stir my soup for me?" Like a flash of lightning in my head - seriously - oh so fast - I hear a 70's song. 'I'll be your substitute' I hear the band singing in my head. (At this stage I don't know who the band is, but that's irrelevant as the full message comes through.) 'I'll be your substitute?' I think/say in my head to the Heavenly DJ... 'Umm - I don't understand THAT message??' There is a pause and a feeling of mirth presents itself.... another pause. I get this reply..... 'I'll be your SOUP-STIR-tute.... wooHOOO...' and I can hear laughter. Listen to the song. You'll get how well it fits. Took me half an hour to shake it back out of my head. My apologies if it gets stuck in yours. Obviously the Naff jokes department night shift were on duty, or some angelic smartypants was messing with the intercom. (God knows it's important to have a laugh.) And here it is, for your listening pleasure....: Clout 1978 I'll be your substitute. EnJOY. Deb X -next blog post Cameron and the phantom pain |
