PERSONAL DAY:
This is a day of reaching the gold within yourself, a development and growth day tailored completely to your needs. You will be releasing some old limiting beliefs and heavy energies you don't need to carry and addressing your requirements. There are breakthroughs on the other side of the stuff that's keeping you stuck, or holding you back, and that's where we are going.
This interactive, energetic, inspiring day will benefit you if you have a wish list containing some (or many) of these things:
This is a content-rich day. We'll be writing about your breakthroughs, and I'll be taking notes to send to you afterwards with recommendations for your ongoing maintenance work.
This is an online day, with a half hour included for lunch.
You'll need pencils, pens and a journal, sticky notes such as Post It's - and some scrap paper too .
Please make sure you are really ready to deeply dive in. You'll be more grounded, take command of your personal space, and have tools to empower your life, family, relationships and projects.
