Sweet Dreams? Dear Sleep Deprived Parent, Try This.

Do you ever wish you could JUST SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT? 

My children tag teamed hopping in bed with me. 
One night my 5 year old stopped. I had one night. Blissfully uninterrupted sleep. The following night, his brother showed up. 
The first one would tap me on the shoulder and slip into bed quietly. The other said "Mum, Mum, Mum" until I REALLY woke up.
